Dariusz Kowaluk
Dariusz Kowaluk (born 16 April 1996) is a Polish Sprint (running), sprinter specialising in the 400 metres. Kowaluk was born to Teresa and Miroslaw in Wlodawa in the Lublin region. He won a silver medal in the 4 × 400 metres relay at the 2017 European Athletics U23 Championships, 2017 European U23 Championships as well as gold in the Athletics at the 2020 Summer Olympics – Mixed 4 × 400 metres relay, mixed 4 × 400 metres relay at the 2020 Summer Olympic Games. Kowaluk was a student of journalism at Cardinal Stefan Wyszński University in Warsaw. During his studies he was able to train between classes as his training ground was close to the university. Włodawa () is a town in eastern Poland on the Bug River, close to the borders with Belarus and Ukraine. 2019 European Athletics Indoor Championships
The 2019 European Athletics Indoor Championships was held between 1 and 3 March 2019 at the Emirates Arena in Glasgow, Scotland. This was the second time this event was held in the city after the 1990 edition and the third time it was held in the United Kingdom, following the 2007 Edition in Birmingham, England. 2018 Athletics World Cup
The 2018 Athletics World Cup was held in London, United Kingdom, from 14 to 15 July 2018. This was the first and only edition of this competition. Each team entered one athlete per event, and points were gained on the basis of finishing position. Although the majority of World championship events were contested, no races over 1500 metres were held, and no road events or multievents are on the program. The competition focused on an overall team prize, team prize money, The Platinum Trophy and Platinum team medals, but individual gold, silver and bronze medals were also awarded in each individual event.
