Daewon Media (), formerly Daiwon C&A Holdings, is a South Korean company specializing in character and animation-related business. Founded in 1973, Daewon's subsidiaries include Daewon C.I., Haksan Publishing, and Daewon Broadcasting; it is involved in comic publishing, animation production, video gaming, character licensing, TV animation broadcasting, and animation importing/exporting. Its current chair and co-CEO is Jung Wook and its president and co-CEO is Ahn Hyeon-dong. History Daewon Media was founded in 1973 in South Korea as "One Production", and in 1974 the name was changed to "Daiwon Productions". Zen Master Daewon Moon Jae-hyeon (born January 23, 1936) is a Korean Zen master in South Korea. A disciple of Zen Master Jeongang, he received Dharma transmission from his teacher and thereby becoming the 78th patriarch in the Dharma Lineage of the Buddha in 1962. is a monthly magazine originating from Japan covering anime and, to a lesser extent, manga, voice actors, science fiction, , and video games. It was launched by publishing company Kadokawa Shoten on March 8, 1985, and has since been released in Japan on the 10th of every month. ''Newtype Korea'' was formerly published in South Korea. Spin-off publications of ''Newtype'' also exist in Japan, such as ''Newtype Hero'' and ''Newtype the Live'', which are dedicated to and ''NewWORDS'', which is geared toward a more adult market, as well as numerous limited-run versions such as ''Clamp Newtype''. The manga has spawned multiple adaptations, including video games and an anime series. Premise ''Gon'' is about a small dinosaur, named Gon, and his adventures in the wilderness. The manga makes use of no dialogue or sound effects and follows an episodic format. Kids' WB (stylized as Kids' WB!) was an American children's programming block that originally aired on The WB from September 9, 1995, to September 16, 2006, and later on The CW from September 23, 2006, to May 17, 2008.
