DMCC ( ar, مركز دبي للسلع المتعددة) is a rapid transit station on the Red Line of the Dubai Metro in Dubai, UAE. The station opened on 15 October 2010 as Jumeirah Lakes Towers, along with four other intermediate stations on the Red Line. The station is named after Dubai Multi Commodities Centre. Location Despite its name, DMCC station is situated at the southern end of both the Jumeirah Lakes Towers and Dubai Marina developments, the former to the east and the latter to the west of the station. E 11 ( ar, شارع ﺇ ١١) is a highway in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The longest road in the Emirates, it stretches from Al-Silah in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and ends in Ras al-Khaimah emirate, running roughly parallel to UAE's coastline along the Persian Gulf. Nakheel Tower ( ar , بُرْجُ ٱلنَّخِيلِ) was a planned skyscraper on hold in Dubai, United Arab Emirates by developer Nakheel. The project was previously called Al Burj ( ar, ٱلْبُرْجُ "The Tower"). In January 2009, it was announced that the project was put on hold due to financial problems caused by the Great Recession. As a result of the Dubai World 2009 debt standstill, Nakheel Group's financial problems increased considerably and the tower was consequently cancelled in December 2009. The Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT) ( ar, أبراج بحيرات الجميرا) is a large development in Dubai, United Arab Emirates which consists of 80 towers being constructed along the edges of three artificial lakes (Lake Almas West, Lake Almas East, JLT Lake) as well as the JLT Embankment of eight towers facing Jumeirah Islands. Ibn Battuta ( ar, ابن بطوطة) is a rapid transit station on the Red Line of the Dubai Metro in Dubai, UAE, serving Jebel Ali and surrounding areas. The station is named after the nearby Ibn Battuta Mall. The station opened as part of the Red Line on 30 April 2010. Ibn Battuta station is located on the Sheikh Zayed Road between major junctions with the D59 and D591 roads. Almas Tower
Almas Tower ( ar, برج الماس Diamond Tower) is a 68- storey, , supertall skyscraper in the Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Construction of the office building began in early 2005 and was completed in 2008 with the installation of some remaining cladding panels at the top of the tower. The building was topped out in 2008, and became the tallest building in Dubai until 2009 when it was surpassed by Burj Khalifa. Dubai Marina ( ar, مرسى دبي), aka Marsa Dubai, is a district in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is an artificial canal city, built along a stretch of Persian Gulf shoreline. As of 2018, it has a population of 55,052. When the entire development is complete, it will accommodate more than 120,000 people in residential towers and villas. It is located on Interchange 5 between Jebel Ali Port and the area which hosts Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City, and the American University in Dubai.
