Chris Crippin
Chris Crippin (born August 4, 1974) is a Canadian musician. He is best known as the former drummer of the rock band Hedley. Crippin departed the band in 2017. Outside of Hedley, he was the drum technician on the 2000 album ''Drawing Black Lines'' by the American band Project 86. He also played drums for Bif Naked. In 2018, Crippin started a new project called MrCrippin. Early life Crippin began to have an interest in music at a very young age. It wasn't until his mid-teen years when he started learning how to play drums. Career Before joining Hedley, Crippin worked as a drum technician and played drums for several different artists. Crippin was the drum technician on the 2000 albums ''Drawing Black Lines'' and '' L.D. 50'' by Project 86 and Mudvayne respectively. Crippin also spent two years touring with Bif Naked. Billy Talent is a Canadian rock band from Mississauga, Ontario. They formed in 1993 with lead vocalist Benjamin Kowalewicz, guitarist Ian D'Sa, bassist Jonathan Gallant, and drummer Aaron Solowoniuk. There have been no lineup changes, although Solowoniuk is currently taking a hiatus from the band due to a relapse of multiple sclerosis, and Loel Campbell is currently filling in for him. In the 28 years since their inception, Billy Talent has sold well over a million physical albums in Canada alone and nearly 3 million albums internationally. V Shape Mind
V Shape Mind was an American alternative rock band. They released one major label album in 2003 before disbanding the following year. Background V Shape Mind was formed in 1999 and toured the local Illinois metal scene, during which they self-released an EP titled ''Metric'' in 2000. The band was discovered by renowned producer David Bottrill, who got them signed to Universal Records. The band released their debut album, ''Cul-De-Sac'', on September 9, 2003. The single "Monsters" features vocals from Mudvayne's Chad Gray and received considerable radio play. Despite touring with such acts as Mudvayne and Powerman 5000, V Shape Mind struggled to gather any mainstream attention. ''Cul-De-Sac'' is the debut studio album by Decatur, IL alternative metal band V Shape Mind. The album was released on September 9, 2003 through Republic Records/Universal Records. Its first and only single, "Monsters," features vocals by Chad Gray of Mudvayne, who happened to be best friends with lead singer Brad Hursh. "Monsters" made its local radio debut late in the summer of 2003 and found moderate airplay throughout the remainder of the year, thanks to local radio station play. ''Famous Last Words'' is the second full-length album by Hedley released on October 30, 2007. It debuted at number three on the Canadian Albums Chart upon release. In the United States, the album is known as ''Never Too Late'' and was released on May 12, 2009. The album only includes 8 tracks from the Canadian release and contains 5 tracks from '' Hedley'', which replaced the missing tracks from ''Famous Last Words''. Unlike ''Famous Last Words'', ''Never Too Late'' has a blue background on its album cover, whereas the Canadian release has a red background on its cover.
