Mauricio Alberto "Chicho" Serna Valencia (born 22 January 1968) is a Colombian former professional footballer who played 51 games for the Colombia national team between 1993 and 2001 ''Chicho'' Serna played for a number of clubs, including Deportivo Pereira, Atlético Nacional, Boca Juniors (Argentina), Puebla F.C. He is regarded as one of the founders of tango nuevo, and he is best known for his musicality and creativity while improvising. Early life His father was a teacher of fine arts and studied guitar. In 1984 he was 13 and started studying music. Cándido Antonio "Chicho" Sibilio Hughes (3 October 1958 – 10 August 2019) was a Dominican-Spanish professional basketball player. He competed in the men's tournament at the 1980 Summer Olympics. He moved to Spain in February 1976 and acquired Spanish citizenship roughly a year later, on 16 June 1977. Arthur Benjamin "Chicho" Jesurun (10 July 1947 – 16 December 2006) was a Netherlands-Antillian baseball player, coach, manager, and scout. Biography During his playing career, Jesurun played for several teams. He started in Curaçao with the Korporaal Cardinals, later, in the 1960s he was one of the founders and players of the Caribe from Groningen in the Netherlands. In that period he also started his coaching career as a coach at the Rayon Het Noorden team. In the 1970s and 1980s, Jesurun was working as a baseball coach in his native Curaçao with the Wildcats Felipe II and the Curaçao national baseball team. Chicho Ibáñez, born José Ibáñez Noriega (Corral Falso, 22 November 1875 – Havana, 18 May 1981) was the longest-lived and one of the most important members of the Cuban trova. He was significant because, unlike most of the others, he specialized in Afro-Cuban genres. He was a disciple of the tresero Eduardo Fusté, and a member of early groups in Cárdenas, such as ''Peonia'' and that of Benito Tumborombo. Later he moved to Havana, where he joined ''Los Veintiuno'', directed by Alejandro Sotolongo, which used claves, maracas, marimbula, bongó and pianito (a wooden instrument with hemp cords). José Antonio Julio Onésimo Sánchez Ferlosio, better known as Chicho Sánchez Ferlosio (Madrid, April 8, 1940 – July 1, 2003), was a Spanish singer-songwriter, and the author of numerous songs performed by other artists, such as Rolando Alarcón, Joan Baez, Soledad Bravo, Víctor Jara, Quilapayún and Joaquín Sabina.
