Chae Shi-ra (born June 25, 1968) is a South Korean actress born in Seoul. Since 1990, Chae has firmly established her acting career with ''Eyes of Dawn'' in the 1990s, she was referred to as a representative actress of the period along with Kim Hee-ae and Ha Hee-ra Ha Hee-ra (born October 29, 1969) is a South Korean actress. Ha began her acting career in 1981 when she was in the sixth grade, appearing mostly in films for teenagers. Among her dramas are ''What Women Want'' (1990), ''What Is Love'' (1991), .... The Baeksang Arts Awards (), also known as the Paeksang Arts Awards, are awards for excellence in film, television and theatre in South Korea. The awards were first introduced in 1965 by Chang Key-young, the founder of the Hankook Ilbo newspaper, whose pen name was "Baeksang". It was established for the development of Korean popular culture and art and for enhancing the morale of artists. They are regarded as one of the most prestigious entertainment awards in South Korea.
