Arnaldo Cézar Coelho
Arnaldo David Cézar Coelho (born 15 January 1943) is a former football referee. He was the first Brazilian, indeed the first non-European, to take charge of the FIFA World Cup final when he officiated in the 1982 final between Italy and West Germany. Coelho's career began as a beach soccer referee; he became professional in 1965 (at one time, famously, telling reporters that he was the highest paid match official in the world) and was appointed to the international list in 1968. He was selected for both the 1978 and 1982 FIFA World Cups. In total he officiated in seven matches during the World Cup finals, three as a referee (the mentioned final from 1982 included). After the end of his refereeing career, he became a football TV commentator for Rede Globo. In 2009, ''The Times'' listed him in seventh place in its list of "top ten football referees". Cezar Petrescu
Cezar Petrescu (; December 1, 1892–March 9, 1961) was a Romanian journalist, novelist, and children's writer. He was born in Hodora, Iași County, the son of Dimitrie Petrescu, an engineer and a teacher. After attending elementary school in his native village, he pursued his studies at high schools in Roman and Iași. From 1911 he attended the Faculty of Law at the University of Iași, graduating in 1915. Petrescu was inspired by the works of Honoré de Balzac, attempting to write a Romanian novel cycle that would mirror Balzac's ''La Comédie humaine''. He was also under the influence of the ''Sămănătorul'' critique of Romanian society. As a journalist, Petrescu made himself known as one of the editors of the magazine '' Gândirea'', alongside Nichifor Crainic and Lucian Blaga. Cezar Papacostea (1886–July 6, 1936) was an ethnic Aromanian classicist and translator living in Romania. He was born in Malovišta (''Mulovishti''), a village in the Ottoman Empire's Manastir Vilayet that today forms part of North Macedonia's Bitola Municipality. His parents were Teofana (''née'' Tonu) and Gușu Papacostea-Goga, both Aromanians and schoolteachers. The family was deeply cultured, and his several brothers pursued distinguished careers: Alexandru became a professor of political economy at Cernăuți University, Petre was a jurist who held important administrative offices and Victor became a historian and professor of Balkan studies at the University of Bucharest. Florin Cezar Ouatu (; born 18 February 1980), known professionally as "Cezar The Voice" oceaor simply "Cezar", is a Romanian opera countertenor, singer, and pianist. Son of the late flautist and former teacher at Mozarteum University of Salzburg, Florin Ouatu, he was born into a family of musicians in Ploiești. Cezar began playing piano at six years of age. He graduated from the "Carmen Sylva" School of Arts in his hometown and the Milan Conservatory. In Italy, Cezar graduated the bel canto classical singing section with maximum mark. He has also studied Baroque music. In 2001, Ouatu was accepted to the Giuseppe Verdi Music Academy in Milan, and graduated in 2004. Starting in the years after his graduation in 1952 and until after the 1977 Vrancea earthquake, he conceived a significant number of buildings and city plans in Romania and abroad.
