''CNN Philippines Serbisyo All Access'' (simply Serbisyo All Access, lit. ''All Access Service'') was the flagship public-service program of CNN Philippines and its predecessors Solar News Channel and 9TV. It aired on the weekdays from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. ( PST) before '' Sports Desk Morning Edition''.
