Conor Sheary
Conor Michael Sheary ( ; born June 8, 1992) is an Americans, American professional ice hockey Winger (ice hockey), winger who is currently playing for the Syracuse Crunch of the American Hockey League (AHL) while under contract to the Tampa Bay Lightning of the National Hockey League (NHL). He was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Pittsburgh Penguins in 2014 and won back-to-back Stanley Cups in his first two seasons with the organization. Sheary has also played for the Buffalo Sabres and Washington Capitals. Playing career Amateur As a senior at the University of Massachusetts-Amherst, Sheary played in all 34 games leading the team in points with 28 on nine goals and a squad-best 19 assists. The Pittsburgh Penguins (colloquially known as the Pens) are a professional ice hockey team based in Pittsburgh.
