Cluedo (French Game Show)
''Cluedo'' is a game show broadcast on France 3, hosted by Christian Morin and by Marie-Ange Nardi, adapted from the British game show itself inspired by the board game ''Cluedo''. It aired for two seasons from 1994-5. The cast consisted of Bernard Menez as Doctor Green (Docteur Olive), Andréa Ferréol as Mrs Peacock (Madame Pervenche), André Pousse as Colonel Mustard (Colonel Moutarde), Marie-Pierre Casey as Mrs White (Madame Leblanc), David Brécourt as Professor Plum (Professeur Violet), and Carole Fantony as Miss Scarlett (Mademoiselle Rose). Production The French version was created by Jean-Jacques Pasquierm and produced by Emmanuelle Tanqurel and Patrice Aroun. Music was by Patrick Lemaitre, and production was Ellipse Programme and France 3. It ran for two seasons (1994-5) and four episodes on France 3. France 3 () is a French free-to-air public television channel and part of the France Télévisions group, which also includes France 2, France 4, France 5 and France Info. It is made up of a network of regional television services providing daily news programming and around ten hours of entertainment and cultural programming produced for and about the regions each week. Cluedo
''Cluedo'' (), known as ''Clue'' in North America, is a murder mystery game for three to six players (depending on editions) that was devised in 1943 by British board game designer Anthony E. Pratt. The game was first manufactured by Waddingtons in the United Kingdom in 1949. Since then, it has been relaunched and updated several times, and it is currently owned and published by the American game and toy company Hasbro. The object of the game is to determine who murdered the game's victim, where the crime took place, and which weapon was used. Each player assumes the role of one of the six suspects and attempts to deduce the correct answer by strategically moving around a game board representing the rooms of a mansion and collecting clues about the circumstances of the murder from the other players. Christophe Dechavanne (; born 23 January 1958), is a French television and radio host and program producer. Biography Dechavanne attended the Cours Hattemer, a private school. He started working as a radio host in the early 1980s. In 1985, he presented the daily talk-show ''C'est encore mieux l'après-midi'' on the state-owned television channel Antenne 2. In 1987, he went to work for the newly privatized channel TF1 : his first show, ''Panique sur le 16'', was not a success, but he soon found his niche with the late-night weekly talk-show ''Ciel mon mardi !'', a program which could be compared to Jerry Springer productions in United States. Gérard Rinaldi
Gérard Rinaldi (February 17, 1943 – March 2, 2012) was a French actor, musician, lyricist, artistic director and singer with Les Charlots. Career Death Rinaldi died of lymphoma on March 2, 2012. He was 69. A few days later, holding back his tears Jean Sarrus (Les Charlots) paid homage to his friend and had this to say about him : "Gérard was the soul of Les Charlots. He excelled in everything he did : he had this wonderful singing voice, but mostly as a writer, that's what he liked to do above everything else : writing songs. Cluedo (British Game Show)
''Cluedo'' is a British game show based on the board game of the same name. Each week, a reenactment of the murder at the stately home Arlington Grange of a visiting guest was played and, through a combination of interrogating the suspects (of whom only the murderer could lie) and deduction, celebrity guests had to discover who committed the murder, which of six weapons (not usually the original six from the board game) and in which room it was committed, whilst viewers were invited to play along at home. Production The TV show essentially followed in the footsteps of an earlier detective fiction program named '' Whodunnit?'', where audience members had to guess the identity of the culprit after viewing prerecorded footage and interrogating suspects.
