Civil Aeronautics Board (Philippines)
The Civil Aeronautics Board (CAB; ) is a government agency of the Philippines attached to the Department of Transportation tasked to regulate, promote and develop the economic aspect of air transportation in the Philippines and to ensure that existing CAB policies are adapted to the present and future air commerce of the Philippines. The Board has supervisory and jurisdictional control over air carriers, general sales agents, cargo sales agents, and air freight forwarders, as well as their property, property rights, equipment, facilities and franchises. Pasay, officially the City of Pasay (; ), is a Cities of the Philippines#Legal classification, highly urbanized city in the Metro Manila, National Capital Region of the Philippines. According to the 2020 Philippine census, 2020 census, it has a population of 440,656 people. Due to its location just south of Manila, Pasay quickly became an urban town during the History of the Philippines (1898–1946), American colonial period.
