Chris Nelloms (born August 14, 1971) is an American male former track and field sprinter who specialized in the 200- and 400-meter dash. Early life Nelloms attended Dunbar High School in Dayton and set several high school records. He originally competed in both sprints and hurdling and a national high school record of 13.30 seconds for the 110-meter hurdles in 1990 led him to be chosen as ''Track & Field News High School Athlete of the Year. NCAA Men's Division I Indoor Track And Field Championships
The NCAA Men's Division I Indoor Track and Field Championship is an annual collegiate indoor track and field competition for men organised by the National Collegiate Athletic Association. Athlete's individual performances earn points for their institution and the team with the most points receives the NCAA team title in track and field. A separate NCAA Division I women's competition is also held. The 100 metres, or 100-meter dash, is a sprint race in track and field competitions. The shortest common outdoor running distance, the dash is one of the most popular and prestigious events in the sport of athletics. The Warren Correctional Institution is a prison operated by the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction in Warren County's Turtlecreek Township in Lebanon, Ohio. The prison, which opened in 1989, sits on 45 acres (182,000 m2) of land, part of the purchase made by the state after the closure of the Shaker settlement at Union Village in 1912. Bryan Bridgewater (born September 7, 1970) is an American former sprinter. Bridgewater started running for the West Valley Eagles youth club and Washington High School in Los Angeles. On the youth club he ran with Quincy Watts, but turned into a crosstown high school rival. Joseph Tilford Lee Greene (born February 17, 1967 at Wright-Patterson Air Base, Dayton, Ohio) was an American track and field athlete who competed mainly in the long jump. Greene attended Stebbins High School in Riverside, Ohio, Riverside, a suburb of Dayton, and Ohio State University, The Ohio State University. He competed for the United States in the 1992 Summer Olympics held in Barcelona, Spain in the long jump where he won the bronze medal. He repeated this performance four years later winning a second bronze in the Athletics at the 1996 Summer Olympics – Men's long jump, Men's long jump at the 1996 Summer Olympics held in Atlanta, United States. Both competitions were won by Carl Lewis. In August 2008, Greene's 1996 Olympic bronze medal was available for auction on eBay.
