Christopher Jonathan Bauman Jr. (July 13, 1982 – August 18, 2005) was an American Professional wrestling, professional wrestler, better known by his ring name Chri$ Ca$h. Bauman wrestled in many Independent circuit, independent Professional wrestling promotion, promotions, but is known for his time in Combat Zone Wrestling, where he was a CZW World Tag Team Championship, CZW World Tag Team Champion. On August 18, 2005, Bauman was killed in a motorcycle accident. Professional wrestling career 2001 Bauman began working for Combat Zone Wrestling (CZW) in 2001, after being trained at their Combat Zone Wrestling#Wrestling school, training academy by Jon Dahmer. The Backseat Boyz
The Backseat Boyz were a professional wrestling tag team that consisted of Trent Acid and Johnny Kashmere who competed in Ring of Honor, Pro Wrestling Unplugged, Combat Zone Wrestling, Assault Championship Wrestling, the Premier Wrestling Federation, Jersey All Pro Wrestling, and Japan together. They were the first team in history to hold both the ROH Tag Team Championship and the CZW Tag Team Championship. The team disbanded following Acid's death in 2010. Cage Of Death V
The Cage of Death is Combat Zone Wrestling's biggest show since 1999. It always features the Cage of Death match, a steel cage with various weapons littered in the cage. Electrified cage walls, cacti, tables, light tubes, glass, thumbtacks, baseball bats, barbed wire, fire and numerous other weapons and objects have been used in it. The first two were simple either pin and/or submit to win cage matches with weapons littered in and around the cage. A powerbomb is a professional wrestling throw in which an opponent is lifted (usually so that they are sitting on the wrestler's shoulders) and then slammed back-first down to the mat. The standard powerbomb sees an opponent first placed in a standing headscissors position (bent forward with their head placed between the attacking wrestler's thighs). Michael Verdi (November 12, 1980 – June 18, 2010), best known by his ring name Trent Acid, was an American Professional wrestling, professional wrestler. He worked as a tag team wrestler for most of his career, primarily as part of The Backseat Boyz with Johnny Kashmere, in several American Independent circuit, independent promotions, including Combat Zone Wrestling and Ring of Honor. Nicholas William Wilson (born September 22, 1980), better known by his ring name Nick Gage, is an American professional wrestling, professional wrestler wrestling for various Professional wrestling promotions, promotions on the independent circuit. Combat Zone Wrestling's Best of the Best is a professional wrestling tournament and supershow held in the CZW promotion. The annual ''Best of The Best'' was originally a junior heavyweight tournament, which in 2005 was repurposed as an all weight tournament. The first four tournaments saw 12 men first compete in elimination style 3-way matches in the first round before then single elimination matches until a winner was determined. During the 2005 tournament, which was held on May 14, 2005, the winner was determined by all single elimination matches.
