Chords (artist)
Chords (or Jens Eric Resch Thomason; born 12 August 1978 in Lund) is a Swedish musician. He has his own studio and label called Svart Lax but was previously signed to Timbuktu's label JuJu Records, together with J-Ro of The Alkaholiks among others. The rapper/musician released his first single in 2001 and has since gained national fame in Sweden through his music, and most notably when his group Helt Off with Timbuktu Timbuktu ( ; ; Koyra Chiini: ; ) is an ancient city in Mali, situated north of the Niger River. It is the capital of the Tombouctou Region, one of the eight administrative regions of Mali, having a population of 32,460 in the 2018 census. ... made the title track for the Swedish film '' Babylonsjukan''. Since the early 1990s they have produced party music with a hardcore hip hop edge, powered by the beats of DJ and producer E-Swift (he was born Eric Brooks in Columbus, Georgia and grew up in Toledo, Ohio) and the rhymes of J-Ro (born James Robinson in Los Angeles) and Tash (born Rico Smith in Columbus, Ohio). Promoe (Mårten Edh, born Nils Mårten Ed; 28 April 1976) is a Swedish rapper and singer. He is a member of the Swedish hip hop group Looptroop Rockers, formed in Västerås, Sweden, in 1992. Promoe follows a vegan and straight edge lifestyle. Place in contemporary hip hop Promoe released his third album in 2006, entitled ''White Man's Burden''. It was followed by a DVD titled ''Standard Bearer'', which included a documentary about the development of ''White Man's Burden'' and a concert from Copenhagen. In 2006, the German rapper Kool Savas released a diss track where he slighted Promoe, German artists, and international artists. Looptroop Rockers
Looptroop Rockers is a hip hop group from Västerås, Sweden. The members are the rappers Promoe (Mårten Edh), Supreme (Mathias Lundh-Isen), DJ/ Producer Embee (Magnus Bergkvist) and CosM.I.C (Tommy Isacsson). On their fourth album, ''Good Things'', the group changed its name from Looptroop to Looptroop Rockers, a name used unofficially for some years prior to the change.
