China National Highway 102
China National Highway 102 is a major trunk route connecting Beijing to Fuyuan, Heilongjiang. In Beijing it is known as Jingfu Road (), after the two cities' names, for connecting Beijing to Fuyuan. It leaves Beijing as the Jingtong Expressway and Tongzhou–Yanjiao Expressway into Hebei Province (they are rare occurrences that sections of National Highways are built to National Expressway standards). It then runs alongside the Beijing–Shenyang Expressway along the coast until Shenyang, Liaoning, and then along the Shenyang–Harbin Expressway until Harbin. China National Highway 102 was in length. It runs through the provinces of Hebei, Liaoning, Jilin and Heilongjiang. It connects major cities of Qinhuangdao, Shenyang, Changchun and Harbin. In 2013, under a new 2013-2030 plan by NDRC& MoT, the G102 has been extended to Fuyuan. Xinchengzi District
Xinchengzi Town () is a town located in the Miyun District of Beijing, China. It borders Liangjianfang and Laowa Townships in the north, Wulingshan Town in the east and south, as well as Gubeikou and Taishitun Towns in the west. It had 6,528 residents under its administration as of 2020. The name Xinchengzi comes from Xinchengzi Village, the place in which the town's government is located. It literally means "New City". Geography Xinchengzi is situated foothill of Mount Wuling, which is part of the larger Yan Mountain Range. Andamu River flows western through the town. The city of Xinmin () is a county-level city of Liaoning Province, Northeast China, under the administration of the prefecture-level city of Shenyang. It contains the westernmost point of and is by far the most spacious of the county-level divisions of Shenyang City. Beizhen
Beizhen () is a city in west-central Liaoning province of Northeast China. It is under the administration of Jinzhou City. History In 1123, the Jin Dynasty set Guangning County () in nowadays Beizhen. In Ming Dynasty, the town of Guangning became a base of the Ming troops in Liaotung and a prosperous border trading center. In 1913, the name was changed to Beizhen, which is an alternative name of the Yiwulü Mountain, literally meaning "the guarding mountain of the North". Linghai () is a county-level city in the west of Liaoning province, Northeast China. Lianshan District () is a district under the administration of the city of Huludao, Liaoning, People's Republic of China. It is located in the northeastern corner of Huludao prefecture, bordering Jinzhou. It has a total area of , and along with Longgang District, Huludao, Longgang District is one of the two districts within which Huludao city itself is situated. Xingcheng
Xingcheng (), former name Ningyuan (), is a county-level city under the administration of Huludao, in southwest Liaoning province, China, with a population of approximately 220,000 urban inhabitants, and is located on the Liaodong Bay, i.e. the northern coast of the Bohai Sea. The area is steeped in history, and contains one of the best preserved Ming Dynasty towns in China, as well as functioning as a laidback summer resort. Historical Importance Xingcheng has a long and distinguished history, and was established as a county as far back as the Liao Dynasty in CE 990. After being dissolved by the Yuan, it was resurrected during the Ming Dynasty under the name Ningyuan, and gained strategic importance as the first defensive outpost outside the Great Wall.
