Changi City Point
Changi City Point ( Chinese: 樟城坊) is a shopping mall located in the vicinity of Changi Business Park, Singapore. It was constructed from June 2010, and completed in November 2011. In 2014, Changi City Point was sold by joint owners, Ascendas Frasers and Ascendas Development, to Frasers Centrepoint Trust (FCT) for $305 million. On 1 November 2023, Changi City Point was bought by The Elegant Group for $338 million. The Changi Business Park (CBP) is a business park located in Changi South, in the eastern part of Singapore. Launch In 1992, JTC Corporation had plans to make a second business park in Changi South with the first 12-hectares being completed in 1995. Launched in July 1997, the 66-hectare or Changi Business Park is JTC Corporation's second business park following the International Business Park in Jurong East. The Changi Business Park comprises a mix of high technology business, data and software enterprises, research and development divisions, and knowledge intensive facilities. Expo MRT Station
Expo MRT station is a Mass Rapid Transit (Singapore), Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) interchange station on the East West MRT line, East West line (EWL) and Downtown MRT line, Downtown line (DTL) in the Tampines Planning Areas of Singapore, planning area, Singapore. The station lies between Changi City Point and the Singapore Expo, located along Changi South Avenue 1 at the junction of Expo Drive. The station is part of the two-station branch line which extends from Tanah Merah MRT station, Tanah Merah to Changi Airport MRT station, Changi Airport station. Go-Ahead Singapore is a contracted bus operator operating in Singapore. It commenced operations on 4 September 2016 and it is a subsidiary of the Go-Ahead Group. History On 15 April 2015, the Land Transport Authority called for tenders to operate 25 routes based at Changi Airport Bus Terminal, Changi Village Bus Terminal, Pasir Ris Bus Interchange, and Punggol Bus Interchange out of Loyang Bus Depot as part of its new Bus Contracting Model.
