Caroline Spencer is a fictional character from ''The Bold and the Beautiful'', an American soap opera on the CBS network. Created by producer Bradley Bell, she is portrayed by actress Linsey Godfrey. She is the daughter of media mogul Karen Spencer (Joanna Johnson), niece of media mogul Bill Spencer Jr. (Don Diamont), and namesake of her aunt, Caroline Spencer Forrester (Johnson). Linsey Godfrey is an American actress. She played Caroline Spencer on the CBS soap opera ''The Bold and the Beautiful'' from March 2012 to October 2016, before returning in a recurring capacity from December 2016 to March 2018. She played Sarah Horton on the NBC/Peacock soap opera ''Days of Our Lives'' from July 2018 to March 2021 before returning in January 2022. Early life Godfrey was raised in Stuart, Florida where she lived with her mother, Char Griggs. Godfrey attended South Fork High School before she moved to Los Angeles to further her acting career. Hodgkin lymphoma (HL) is a type of lymphoma in which cancer originates from a specific type of white blood cell called lymphocytes, where multinucleated Reed–Sternberg cells (RS cells) are present in the lymph nodes. The condition was named after the English physician Thomas Hodgkin, who first described it in 1832. Symptoms may include fever, night sweats, and weight loss. Often, non-painful enlarged lymph nodes occur in the neck, under the arm, or in the groin. Persons affected may feel tired or be itchy.
