The Butt Fumble was a notorious American football play from a National Football League (NFL) game played on Thanksgiving (United States), Thanksgiving Day, November 22, 2012, between the New York Jets and New England Patriots. Stephen C. Gregory (born January 8, 1983) is an American football coach and a former safety. He was signed by the San Diego Chargers as an undrafted free agent in 2006. Fumble
A fumble in gridiron football occurs when a player who has possession and control of the ball loses it before being downed (tackled), scoring, or going out of bounds. By rule, it is any act other than passing, kicking, punting, or successful handing that results in loss of ball possession by a player.
