Bruce Maloch
Bruce Maloch ( ; born June 29, 1957) is an attorney and politician in South Arkansas. Education and personal life Maloch was raised on a farm near Emerson, Arkansas. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Agricultural Business from Southern Arkansas University and a Juris Doctor with honors from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock's William H. Bowen School of Law. He has also attended programs at Georgetown University and Southern Methodist University. Career Maloch was elected to the Arkansas House of Representatives in 2004, serving three terms. While in the House, he served as Chairman of the Joint Budget Committee. Maloch was recognized as Legislator of the Year by the Arkansas Realtors Association, in addition to being recognized as Outstanding Legislator by the Arkansas Municipal League. David Wayne Wyatt (June 18, 1949 – January 12, 2015) was an American farmer, judge, and politician from Batesville, Arkansas, Batesville, Arkansas, who served as a Democratic Party (United States), Democrat in the Arkansas Senate for District 19 from January 14, 2013, to January 2015. Wyatt previously served in Senate District 12 from 2009 to 2013 and in the Arkansas House of Representatives for District 72 from 2005 to 2009.
