Brooklin High School is a high school, including grades 9 to 12, located in Whitby, Ontario, Canada. Part of the Durham District School Board, it opened in September 2015, initially with grades 9 to 11 . The school mascot is a bear, and the school colours are black, cyan, and silver. Brooklin is a community in the town of Whitby, Ontario, Canada, north of Central Whitby, at the south junction of Ontario Highways 12 and 7. Brooklin was located primarily in rural area about two decades ago, but it is now part of the urban Whitby, with high population growth and infrastructure development. Brooklin is surrounded with hills covering the north and the west. The hills and the forests that dominate the north are part of the South Slope of the Oak Ridges Moraine. Lacrosse

Curling is a sport in which players slide stones on a sheet of ice toward a target area which is segmented into four concentric circles. It is related to bowls, boules, and shuffleboard.
