Blue (2009 Film)
''Blue'' is a 2009 Indian Hindi-language action-adventure film co-written and directed by Anthony D'Souza, and produced by Dhilin Mehta under Shree Astavinayak Cine Vision Limited. The film stars Sanjay Dutt, Akshay Kumar, Lara Dutta, and Zayed Khan in lead roles, whilst Katrina Kaif stars in a cameo appearance. Kylie Minogue appears in a musical number in the film. ''Blue'' was released during the Diwali festival on 16 October 2009 and received mixed to a positive response from critics. During the time of release, it was the most expensive Hindi-language film until then, produced with a budget of more than $25 million. Dhilin Mehta
Dhilin Mehta is an Indian film producer. He served as the chief executive officer of Ashtavinayak Cine Vision. He produced the DD1 serial Aamrapali in 2002. He started his career with small budget films like ''Fun2shh'' and ''Agnipankh'' and then led Ashtavinayak to bigger budgets and blockbusters. Since Ashtavinayak was suspended from trading in 2012, Mehta was arrested by the Rajasthan Police at the international airport in Mumbai in January 2013, just hours before he was scheduled to board a flight to Dubai. ''Delhi-6'' is the soundtrack album to Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra's 2009 film of the same name. A. R. Rahman scored the film, collaborating a second time with Mehra after ''Rang De Basanti'', and Prasoon Joshi penned the lyrics. The music was released on 14 January 2009 at the '' Indian Idol 4'' competition. The first video of the song " Masakali" was released featuring Sonam and Abhishek with a pigeon. The Panchathan Record Inn and AM Studios is composer/music director A. R. Rahman's studios on his street at Kodambakkam, Chennai in Tamil Nadu. History The Inn was established in 1989, attached to Rahman's backyard, and developed into one of the most developed studios in Asia. Located very close to his home, it houses equipment like the Euphonix System 5 Audio Mixing system.
