Blake Bjorklund
Blake Bjorklund (born September 8, 1985) is an American professional stock car racing driver. He has raced in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, Nationwide Series, and the ARCA Re/Max Series. In addition to racing stock cars, he has also raced snowmobiles. Racing career ARCA Re/Max Series Before his venture into NASCAR, Bjorklund raced in the series full-time for one year in 2006. He made a run for Rookie of the Year with Country Joe Racing, a team well known for developing young talents such as Joey Miller and Ryan Hemphill. Although he failed to qualify for the season-opening Daytona and Nashville races, he bounced back with poles at Berlin and Milwaukee and earned his first career victory at Salem Speedway, passing ARCA legend Frank Kimmel with two laps to go. Win-Tron Racing (formerly known as Country Joe Racing) was an American professional stock car racing team that competed in both the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series and the ARCA Menards Series. The team merged into Truck Series team AM Racing beginning in 2021. After the team previously reduced its Truck Series operation to part-time in 2015 and 2016 due to lack of sponsorship, Win-Tron partially took over operation of Self's family-owned team starting at Bristol in August 2015. The Alsco 300 was a NASCAR Xfinity Series race held at Kentucky Speedway in Sparta, Kentucky, United States. The distance of the race was 300 miles (482.803 km). Auto Club Speedway, originally opened as California Speedway, is a , low-banked, D-shaped oval superspeedway in unincorporated San Bernardino County, California, near Fontana. It has hosted NASCAR racing annually since 1997. It was also previously used for open wheel racing events. The racetrack is located east of Los Angeles and is near the former locations of Ontario Motor Speedway and Riverside International Raceway. The track is owned and operated by NASCAR. Kibbles 'n Bits
Kibbles 'n Bits is a brand name of dog food currently owned by The J.M. Smucker Company since it acquired its previous owner, Big Heart Pet Brands, in 2015. The brand was originally created in 1981 as the first dual textured dog food, having soft chewy pieces as well as hard crunchy ones. It was developed by Quaker Oats as part of their Ken'l Ration brand. In 1985, more bits ingredients were added to the dog food and the brand was renamed "Kibbles 'n Bits 'n Bits 'n Bits." Their advertising feature a bulldog named Spike that would say "I want my Kibble and Bits." The addition of more bits and it popular creative ads increased it sales by double its sales estimates. MRD Motorsports is an American NASCAR team. The team is owned by Dave Malcolmson but has been inactive as of 2009. Malcolmson originally started the team in the Allison Legacy Series as a driver before retiring as an owner. Malcolmson would debut his team in the Goody's Dash Series before moving up to the Truck Series in 2003. The team would field the No. 06 for Regan Smith in 2004 and 2005, with his best finish being 9th at Homestead-Miami Speedway. Smith would leave the team for the Busch Series, and Malcolmson tapped ARCA RE/MAX Series driver Chad McCumbee for the 2006 season. Frank Kimmel
Francis James Kimmel (born April 30, 1962) is an American former stock car racing driver. He competed primarily in the ARCA Racing Series, from 1990 through 2016. Kimmel is the most successful driver in ARCA history. He has won the ARCA championship ten times, including eight consecutive. He won the championship in 1998 and also won the 2000 through 2007 championships, and again in 2013. Kimmel is currently the general manager for KBR Development, which fields the No. 28 Chevrolet in the ARCA Series. Salem Speedway
Salem Speedway is a long paved oval racetrack in Washington Township, Washington County, near Salem, Indiana, United States, approximately south of Indianapolis. The track has 33° degrees of banking in the corners. Major auto racing series that run at Salem are ARCA and USAC. History It opened in 1947; two drivers were killed on the first lap of the first race. The track received major storm damage in 1981 and it was not used until 1987. A thunderstorm had ripped the roof off the grandstands and fences were damaged. Don Gettelfinger Sr. bought the track in 1987 and he replaced the fence with concrete. The track closed in May 1995 when he declared bankruptcy. Milwaukee Mile
The Milwaukee Mile is a oval race track in the central United States, located on the grounds of the Wisconsin State Fair Park in West Allis, Wisconsin, a suburb west of Milwaukee. Its grandstand and bleachers seats approximately 37,000 spectators. Paved in 1954, it was originally a dirt track. In addition to the oval, there is a road circuit located on the infield. As the oldest operating motor speedway in the world, the Milwaukee Mile has hosted at least one auto race every year from 1903 to 2015 (except during U.S. involvement in World War II).
