Bayerischer Fernsehpreis (the Bavarian TV award) is an award presented by the government of Bavaria, Germany since 1989. The prize symbol is the "Blue Panther", a figure from the Nymphenburg Porcelain Manufactory. The prize money is €10,000 (Special prize: €20,000). Bavaria
Bavaria ( ; ), officially the Free State of Bavaria (german: Freistaat Bayern, link=no ), is a state in the south-east of Germany. Claus von Wagner (born 28 November 1977) is a German Kabarett artist, a stand-up observational comic and political satirist. Early life Born in Munich, von Wagner grew up in Miesbach, south-east of Munich. His father, originally from Prussia, was a lawyer, while his mother was a housewife. On completion of his final school exams he studied Communications Sciences, Modern History and Media Law at Ludwig-Maximillian-University in Munich. The ''Augsburger Allgemeine Zeitung'' is a major German regional daily newspaper published since 1945. History From 1807 to 1882, another paper named ''Allgemeine Zeitung'' was published in Augsburg but it is not connected to the later newspaper. Between 1933 and 1945, newspapers in Augsburg, as in the whole of Germany, were tightly controlled by the Nazi regime. With the fall of Nazi Germany, it became possible to publish anti-Nazi papers. However, in the early years the reviving free press had to contend with many restrictions placed by the Allied (specifically, American) Occupation authorities. The newspaper was first published on 30 October 1945 under the name of ''Schwäbische Landeszeitung'', under the initiative of Curt Frenzel. Aylin Tezel (; born 29 November 1983) is a German actress and dancer. She was born in Bünde. Her father is a Turkish-born medical doctor practicing in Bielefeld, Germany, and her mother is a nurse.
