Bangil Railway Station
Bangil Station (BG) is a railway station located in Pogar, Bangil, Pasuruan Regency; entered within eastern border of Operational Area VII Surabaya of Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) at the height of ± 9 meters above sea level (railway line Surabaya-Bangil). To the east of this station, there are branches of the line to Pasuruan- Probolinggo and to Malang. To the west of this station, before entering Porong there is Gununggangsir which is deactivated due to low income. Bangil is the main railway station in the west of Pasuruan Regency, so this is one of the busiest station in East Java that most of the trains stop at here. Pasuruan Regency
Pasuruan Regency ( id, Kabupaten Pasuruan) is a regency in East Java, province of Indonesia. The capital of this regency is Bangil. It had a population of 1,512,468 at the 2010 Census and 1,605,969 at the 2020 Census. This total excludes the population of the city of Pasuruan, which lies geographically within this regency but is administratively separate from it. At present, there are moves under way to make Bangil the new administrative centre of Pasuruan Regency, with some offices being transferred from Pasuruan city to Bangil. The Dutch spelling of the name of the regency was 'Pasoeroean'. Locomotive Depot
The motive power depot (MPD) or locomotive depot, or traction maintenance depot (TMD), is the place where locomotives are usually housed, repaired and maintained when not being used. They were originally known as "running sheds", "engine sheds" or, for short, just sheds. Facilities are provided for refuelling and replenishing water, lubricating oil and grease and, for steam engines, disposal of the ash. There are often workshops for day to day repairs and maintenance, although locomotive building and major overhauls are usually carried out in the locomotive works. Surabaya Kota Railway Station
Surabaya Kota Station is a railway station in Bongkaran, Pabean Cantikan, Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia. The local people usually call it Semut Station. History Located at the center of the city, the station is also the oldest railway station in Surabaya, built in 1875 and opened in 1878. The station has two buildings, the old building is located at the north-east of the newer building, whereas the new building is located at the end of the tracks. The historic old building was demolished because of mall building near the station, but the mall building process was stopped because it didn't have a building license, and the old building has been protected and chosen as one of the heritages in Surabaya. The station still using mechanical signals to preserve its classical style and has two signal boxes near the exit signal. Surabaya Gubeng Railway Station
Surabaya Gubeng Station, known as Spoorwegstation Goebeng Soerabaja during the Dutch East Indies era, is a railway station located at Gubeng Station Street, Pacarkeling, Tambaksari, Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia. This station is the biggest railway station in Surabaya and East Java, and is a departure from the main railway in Surabaya, especially towards the south and east, while the train that passes through the northern route, such as majors train Jakarta via Semarang, departed from Surabaya Pasar Turi Station. Surabaya Gubeng station was first built on the west side of the railway tracks. Penataran And Dhoho Train
Penataran or Panataran ( id, Candi Penataran) is one of the largest Hindu temple ruins complex in East Java, Indonesia. It is located roughly 12 km northeast of Blitar, with the closest airport being farther away at Malang. Believed to have been constructed between the 12th century to the 15th century, the temple played a significant role in the Majapahit Kingdom, especially under King Hayam Wuruk. He considered his favorite sanctuary. Penataran dates from the Kediri era. Candi Panataran is a Shiva (Siwa) temple. It is notable for including one of the largest Indonesian collection of reliefs showing life stories of Hindu god Vishnu in different avatar.
