Bandar Bin Sultan Al Saud
Bandar bin Sultan Al Saud (born 2 March 1949) is a retired Saudi Arabian diplomat, military officer, and government official who served as Saudi Arabia's ambassador to the United States from 1983 to 2005. He is a member of the House of Saud. From 2005 to 2015 he served as secretary general of the National Security Council, and was director general of the Saudi Intelligence Agency from 2012 to 2014. From 2014 to 2015 he was King Abdullah's special envoy. Early life Bandar was officially born on 2 March 1949 in Taif. By his own account, and according to Western think tanks, his actual date of birth is later. Haifa bint Faisal Al Saud ( ar, هيفاء بنت فيصل آل سعود; born 1950), also called Haifa Al Faisal, is a member of the House of Saud. Early life Haifa bint Faisal was born in July 1950. She is the daughter of King Faisal and Queen Iffat who was born to a Circassian family. She is the full sister of Mohammed bin Faisal, Saud bin Faisal, Luluwah bint Faisal, Sara bint Faisal and Turki bin Faisal. Personal life Haifa is the spouse of Bandar bin Sultan. Bandar bin Faisal Al Saud (1943 – 2015) was a Saudi Arabian businessman and Royal Saudi Air Force officer. A member of the Saudi royal family, he was one of the children of King Faisal and Iffat Al Thunayan. Early life and education Bandar bin Faisal was born in Taif in 1943 and raised there. He was one of nine children of King Faisal and Iffat Al Thunayan.
