Bagan Datuk District
The Bagan Datuk District ( ms, Daerah Bagan Datuk) is the most southwest district in Perak, Malaysia. It covers an area of 951 square kilometres, and had a population about of 70,300. The district is bordered by Perak River which separates Manjung and Central Perak in the north, Bernam River which separates Sabak Bernam in the state of Selangor in the south, Muallim and Hilir Perak in the northeast. The capital of this district is Bagan Datuk town. Other localities that are situated in the district include Hutan Melintang, Rungkup and a planned township known as the “Bagan Datuk Water City (BDWC)”. The Manjung District, formerly Dindings, is a district in the southwestern part of the state of Perak, Malaysia. The district is well known for Pangkor Island, an attraction in Perak and the home of the Royal Malaysian Navy (TLDM), Lumut Naval Base and dockyard. Dinding was once part of the British Straits Settlements colony. Seri Manjung is the district's principal urban centre while smaller towns include Lumut town, Sitiawan town, Ayer Tawar, Pantai Remis and Beruas. Hilir Perak District
Hilir Perak District (Lower Perak) is a district in Perak, Malaysia. The district is governed by Teluk Intan Municipal Council which is based in the town of Teluk Intan. The District council was known as Hilir Perak District Council until 4 April 2004, when it was upgraded to Municipality status. Teluk Intan town is the district's principal urban center while smaller towns include Langkap town. Teluk Intan town is on the southeast bank of the Perak River, opposite the kampong of Sungai Durian. Langkap town housing an Immigration Depot which is a detention centre for illegal immigrants around Perak state. Bagan Datuk
Bagan Datuk (formerly spelled Bagan Datoh), is a town and mukim in Bagan Datuk District, Perak, Malaysia. Location Bagan Datuk is the most southwest district in the state of Perak. It is about 130 km (by car) from the state capital Ipoh and 46 km from Teluk Intan. Across the Bernam River is Sabak, Selangor. Economy The main economic activity in Bagan Datuk is fishing. There are also, however, many coconut plantations nearby, visible along the road to Bagan Datuk from Teluk Intan. There are also a few fishing villages scattered around Bagan Datuk, for example Sungai Tiang and Sungai Burong, and their corresponding seaside village Bagan Sungai Tiang and Bagan Sungai Burong. Sultan Of Perak
The Sultan of Perak (سلطان ڤيراق) is one of the oldest hereditary seats among the Malay states. When the Sultanate of Malacca empire fell to Portugal in 1511, Sultan Mahmud Syah I retreated to Kampar, Sumatra, and died there in 1528. He left behind two princes named Sultan Alauddin Riayat Shah II and Sultan Muzaffar Syah. The former went on to establish the Sultanate of Johor. Muallim
The Muallim District is the eleventh district of the state of Perak, Malaysia, situated at the southeastern tip of the state, bordering the state of Selangor. It was proclaimed by the current Sultan of Perak, Sultan Nazrin Muizzuddin Shah on 11 January 2016 at the Tanjung Malim District Council Building. The district was previously part of the neighbouring Batang Padang district. It covers an area of 93,435-hectares of land. The district includes the towns of Slim River, Tanjung Malim and Proton City.
