Bronwyn Griffin
Electric Youth is a Canadian synth-pop duo from Toronto, Ontario consisting of Bronwyn Griffin (vocals, songwriter) and Austin Garrick (producer, songwriter, synthesizer, drums). Career Garrick and Griffin have been dating since grade 8. Their initial breakthrough came in 2011 when their song "A Real Hero", created in association with College, was prominently featured in the movie ''Drive''. The song was written by Garrick, in part about Chesley Sullenberger and the crash landing of Flight 1549. "A Real Hero" was nominated for a 2012 MTV Movie Award in the category of "Best Music". ''Spin'' magazine named "A Real Hero" one of the 20 Best Songs of 2011. Pnau, stylised as PNAU, is an Australian Electronic dance music, dance music trio originating from Sydney, Australia, Sydney. The trio, a duo before 2016, consists of the musicians Nick Littlemore (vocals, production), Peter Mayes (guitar, production) and Sam Littlemore (production), with the latter joining in 2016. Peter Mayes (born 5 October 1976) is an Australian musician and producer. He is widely known for being a leading member of dance act Pnau. He is a longtime collaborator with Nick Littlemore and has produced and mixed many of his projects, most notably the platinum-selling album '' Walking on a Dream'' and ''Ice on the Dune'' for Empire of the Sun, and the art-rock act Teenager. Vincent John Martin (born 3 July 1960), known professionally as Vince Clarke, is an English synth-pop musician and songwriter. Clarke has been the main composer and musician of the band Erasure since its inception in 1985, and was previously the main songwriter for several groups, including Depeche Mode, Yazoo, and the Assembly. In Erasure, he is known for his deadpan and low-key onstage demeanour, often remaining motionless over his keyboard, in sharp contrast to lead vocalist Andy Bell's animated and hyperactive frontman antics.
