It is the band's only album to feature vocalist Travis Neal and bassist Joe Payne, and the last to feature drummer Tim Yeung. The First Evil (usually called The First) is a fictional character created by Joss Whedon for the TV series ''Buffy the Vampire Slayer''. He was created by Jim Starlin and Dan Jurgens, and is named after Michael Hfuhruhurr, the protagonist in ''The Man with Two Brains''. Rachel L. Bringer Shepherd (nee Bringer) (born September 19, 1971) was a member of the Missouri House of Representatives. She had served since her election in 2002.
