''Brave'' is the debut solo studio album by Australian singer-songwriter Kate Ceberano, after her previous collaborative album with Wendy Matthews. It was her first solo foray into pop after two previously more adult-oriented albums. The album was released in August 1989 by Regular Records. ARIA has certified the album for triple platinum sales in Australia. Catherine Yvette Ceberano ( or , born 17 November 1966) is an Australian singer and actress who performs in the rock, soul, jazz and pop genres, as well as in film and musicals such as '' Jesus Christ Superstar''. Her single " Bedroom Eyes" received a platinum sales certification in 1989. The ARIA Charts are the main Australian record chart, music sales charts, issued weekly by the Australian Recording Industry Association. The charts are a record of the highest selling songs and albums in various genres in Australia. ARIA became the official Australian music chart in June 1988, succeeding the Kent Music Report, which had been Australia's national music sales charts since 1974. "Quasimodo's Dream" is a song by Australian pop/ new wave band The Reels and was released as the title single off their second album, '' Quasimodo's Dream'' in May 1981. The album peaked at No. 27 on the Australian Kent Music Report Albums Chart but the single did not reach the Top 50 of the related Singles Chart. Philip James Harding (born 1957) is an English Record producer, music producer, Audio engineering, audio engineer, remixer, academic and author. Harding started in the music industry aged 16 at London's Marquee Studios in 1973, where he got to work as an assistant engineer under the guidance of top producers on albums for artists such as Elton John, Kiki Dee and Barry Blue. Regular Records was an Australian record label based in Sydney that operated from 1978 until the mid-1990s. Regular Records released music by acts including Mental As Anything, Icehouse (band), Icehouse, and The Cockroaches. The Regular Records label was founded in 1978 by Martin Fabinyi and Cameron Allan. The label was associated with music recording and publishing company Festival Records. The act first signed to the label was Mental as Anything.
