Bradley Howard Finstad (born May 30, 1976) is an American farmer, agricultural consultant, and politician serving as the United States House of Representatives, U.S. representative for . Finstad represents a large section of southern Minnesota situated along the border with Iowa. Owatonna () is a city in Steele County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 25,599 at the 2010 census. It is the county seat of Steele County. Brown County is a county in the U.S. state of Minnesota. As of the 2020 census, the population was 25,912. Its county seat is New Ulm. The county was formed in 1855 and organized in 1856. Minnesota's 1st congressional district extends across southern Minnesota from the border with South Dakota to the border with Wisconsin.
