Ice Capades
The Ice Capades were traveling entertainment shows featuring theatrical ice skating performances. Shows often featured former Winter Olympic Games, Olympic and United States Figure Skating Championships, US National Champion figure skating, figure skaters who had retired from formal competition. Started in 1940, the Ice Capades grew rapidly and prospered for 50 years. A decline in popularity ensued in the 1980s, and the show went out of business around 1995. There have been several attempts to revive the show and its name. Similar traditional ice-skating entertainment shows included the Ice Follies and Holiday on Ice. Christopher George Hewett (5 April 1921 – 3 August 2001) was an English actor and theatre director best known for his role as Lynn Aloysius Belvedere on the ABC sitcom ''Mr. Belvedere''. Career Hewett was born in Worthing, Sussex to Christopher Fitzsimon Hewett (an army officer and a descendant of Daniel O'Connell), and his wife Eleanor Joyce Watts (an actress whose professional name was Rhoda Cleighton). ''King Koopa's Kool Kartoons'' is a local, American live-action children's television show broadcast in Southern California during the Autumn of 1989. The show was produced by DIC Entertainment in association with Fox Television Studios for the Fox television station KTTV by Gerry Pass – who developed and rolled out the Fox Kids Club – and Nintendo. It was a live-action spin-off to '' The Super Mario Bros. Super Show!'', a popular animated show based on the ''Super Mario'' video games. The show was discontinued after 65 episodes. Hiroshi Arikawa
was a Japanese actor and voice actor from Kagoshima Prefecture affiliated with Engekishūdan En. Formerly affiliated with Gekidan Haiyūza, Arikawa enrolled in Gekidan Kumo in 1965.
