Borhan bin Aman Shah (born 14 May 1962) is a Malaysian politician who has served as Member of the Selangor State Executive Council (EXCO) in the Pakatan Harapan (PH) state administration under Menteri Besar Amirudin Shari since September 2020 and Member of the Selangor State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Tanjong Sepat since May 2018. He is a member of the People's Justice Party (PKR), a component party of the PH and formerly Pakatan Rakyat (PR) coalitions. The Malay language has a complex system of Style (manner of address), styles, titles and honorifics which are used extensively in Brunei, Brunei Darussalam, Malaysia and Singapore. Brunei, Malaysia, Singapore, few provinces in the Philippines and several provinces in Indonesia regularly award honorary and life titles. What follows in this article is specific to the Malaysian system. References to Brunei and Indonesia are given when pertinent. Pakatan Harapan (PH; stylised as HARAPAN; ) is a Malaysian Parliamentary group, political coalition consisting of Centre-left politics, centre-left political parties which was formed in 2015 to succeed the Pakatan Rakyat coalition. Karim bin Mansor is a Malaysian politician. He served as Member of the Selangor State Executive Council (EXCO) in the Barisan Nasional (BN) state administration under former Menteri Besar Khir Toyo as well as Member of the Selangor State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Tanjong Sepat from March 2004 to March 2008. The People's Welfare Party or ''Parti Kesejahteraan Insan Tanah Air'' (KITA) is a small political party in Malaysia, based in the state of Kelantan. 2013 Selangor State Election
The 13th Selangor state election was held on 5 May 2013. The Selangor State Legislative Assembly would automatically dissolve on 22 April 2013, the fifth anniversary of the first sitting, and elections must be held within sixty days (two months) of the dissolution; on or before 22 June 2013, with the date to be decided by the Election Commission of Malaysia, unless dissolved prior to that date by the Head of State, Sultan of Selangor on the advice of the Head of Government, Menteri Besar of Selangor.
