Bongfish
Bongfish GmbH is a video game developer and publisher in Graz, Austria. Originally founded as a start-up in the science incubator of Graz University of Technology, the company was established in its current form in 2007. History Bongfish published its first video game, '' Stoked'' for Xbox 360, in 2009. A year later, 2010, '' Harms Way'' was the first title by Bongfish developed for Microsoft Studios. This was followed up in 2012 with the title ''Red Bull Crashed Ice Kinect'' on the Xbox 360 console for Red Bull Media House and Microsoft Studios. Stoked (video Game)
''Stoked'' is a snowboarding video game developed by Austrian-based Bongfish GmbH released for the Xbox 360 in 2009. It is the latest entry in the ''Stoked Rider'' snowboard game series. In 2009 an updated version, ''Stoked: Big Air Edition'', which was also released for Xbox 360, and a Microsoft Windows version was released only for the PAL region in 2011. It is the first game in the series to feature multiple mountains and real life sponsors. It also has real weather experience gameplay. Gameplay ''Stoked'' features an adaptive system where the game recognizes "stylish" riding versus "hucker" riding; this affects the player's score if they are known for riding in one way. ''Harms Way'' is a racing advergame developed by Austrian independent software developer Bongfish GmbH for the Xbox 360's Xbox Live Arcade service. It was released on December 8, 2010, for free as one of the finalists of the Doritos-sponsored "Unlock Xbox" competition for 2010, alongside ''Doritos Crash Course''. Originating from a hybrid racing/shooting game concept by Ogden, Utah gamer Justin Carpenter, this game has a wasteland-like setting and tone, similar to ''Mad Max''. On December 29, 2010, it was announced that ''Harms Way'' lost to ''Doritos Crash Course'' in the second "Unlock Xbox" competition. However, due to positive feedback on both games, Frito-Lay decided to give both Carpenter and competition winner Jill Robertson the same US$50,000 consultation prize each. ''Motocross Madness'' is a motocross racing video game that was developed by Austrian studio Bongfish and published by Microsoft Studios. It was released on April 10, 2013 on Xbox Live Arcade. It is a sequel to two Microsoft Windows games, 1998's '' Motocross Madness'' and 2000's ''Motocross Madness 2'', which were developed by Rainbow Studios, who have since moved on to making the ''MX vs. ATV'' series.
