Ernst Wilhelm Bohle
Ernst Wilhelm Bohle (28 July 1903 – 9 November 1960) was the leader of the Foreign Organization of the National Socialist German Workers' Party (NSDAP; Nazi Party) from 1933 until 1945. Bohle is unusual as being the only defendant in the Subsequent Nuremberg trials to plead guilty to any charge. Early life Bohle was born in Bradford, England, the son of Hermann Bohle (1876–1943), a college teacher and engineer who emigrated to England. In 1906 Bohle moved to Cape Town, where his father was appointed to a professorship of electrical engineering, and attended a high school there. Bohle studied political sciences and business administration in Cologne and Berlin and graduated in business management at the ''Handelshochschule'', Berlin, in December 1923. He married Gertrud Bachmann on 14 November 1925. Hans-Georg Bohle
Hans-Georg Bohle (3 March 1948 – 20 September 2014) was a German geographer and international development researcher. Background Bohle studied at the University of Göttingen from 1968-1974, and conducted PhD research in Madras, India from 1976–77, gaining his Promotion (1979) and Habilitation (1985) from that university. He was Lecturer and Assistant Professor in the Geography Department at Göttingen from 1977-1986, then relocated to the Department for Cultural Geography, University of Freiburg as Professor, until 1995. From 1995-2004 he was Professor and Chair for Geography of South Asia at the University of Heidelberg, and from 2004 until his retirement in 2013, Professor and Chair for Cultural Geography and Development Geography at the Geography Department, University of Bonn. The Bohle River is a river located in North Queensland, Australia. Course and features The headwaters of the river rise in the Hervey Range south of and flows north along the coastal plain west of Lake Ross and then north, parallel with Ross River. The Hervey Range Developmental Road crosses the river east of Thuringowa and then the Ingham Connection Road crosses the river west of Townsville. It then enters the Bohle River Fish Habitat Area and the Townsville Town Common Conservation Park and discharges into the Halifax Bay near Bushland Beach, and then empties into the Coral Sea. Tributaries include Middle Creek, Stony Creek (), Stag Creek, the Little Bohle River and Garner Creek. The river descends over its course.
