''Biłyk'' is the seventh studio album by Ukrainian singer Iryna Bilyk released on 5 June 2002 by Mamamusic Polska and Universal Music Polska. Most of the songs on the album are recorded in Polish. Overview All the songs were originally written in Ukrainian, but later were translated into Polish by Michał Kużmiński. Songs "Nie dziś" ("Odynokaya"), "Zaśnij" ("Skazhi"), "Deszcz" ("Doshchem") and "Bez nazwy" ("Bez nazvy") appeared on previous Bilyk's albums. Lyrics for the song "Sierota" (in Ukrainian version "Banduriste, orle syzyi...") was written by Ukrainian writer Taras Shevchenko. In August 2002 she participated in Festiwal Polskich Wideoklipów Yacht Film (Poland), and was awarded the Pochesny Yacht Award in the category "Discovery of the year". Catryna Louise Bilyk (; born 7 February 1959) is an Australian politician. She is a member of the Australian Labor Party (ALP) and has been a Senator for Tasmania since 2008. Early life Bilyk was born in Hobart. She worked as an industrial officer for the Australian Services Union, a researcher for psychiatric pioneer Eric Cunningham Dax, an early childhood educator, and an advisor to Tasmanian Labor Ministers David Crean, Ken Bacon and David Llewellyn. She has also been ALP National Vice-President. She is married with two adult children. Jeff Bilyk (born May 7, 1977 in Bayport, New York) is a retired American soccer player who spent three years in Major League Soccer. He is currently the academy director for the Charlotte Independence. Player Bilyk attended Clemson University, playing on the men's soccer team from 1995 to 1999. In February 1999, the Columbus Crew selected Bilyk in the second round (eighteenth overall) of the 1999 MLS College Draft. The Crew waived him on April 2, 1999. He then signed with the Miami Fusion where he played from 1999 to 2001. In 1999, he played eleven games on loan to MLS Pro 40 and in 2000, he played three games on loan to Pro 40. Bishop Iryney Ihor Bilyk, O.S.B.M. ( uk, Іриней Ігор Білик; born 2 January 1950) is a Ukrainian Greek Catholic hierarch. He served as Auxiliary Bishop of Ukrainian Catholic Eparchy of Ivano-Frankivsk from 15 August 1989 until 21 July 2000 (from 16 January 1991 as Titular Bishop of Novae), as an Eparchial Bishop of Buchach since from 21 July 2000 until 27 July 2007 and as Canon of Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore since 27 July 2007. Vera Lukianovna Belik (, ; 12 June 1921 – 25 August 1944) was a flight navigator and lieutenant in the 46th Taman Guards Night Bomber Aviation Regiment who frequently flew with pilot Tatyana Makarova. They died when their Po-2 was shot down by a German fighter after completing a bombing mission; both were posthumously awarded the title Hero of the Soviet Union on 23 February 1945.
