Billysi
Billysi is a pop rock music group from Slovenia. Before September 2007 they used a longer version of the name, Billy's Private Parking. The members write and produce all of their music. History The band was founded in 2001 by Sergej Pobegajlo, an established songwriter, and member of Billysi. He has composed and worked with many notable musicians ( Doug Fieger – The Knack, Yunk, Hannah, …) while living in Hollywood, Los Angeles and has received a national best-songwriter award ''Zlati petelin'' in 2000. The base for the band became Ljubljana, where he found the talents for the band and started to work with them. The first cast included Steffano Vrabec, the famous Italian drummer (Achtung Babies) and Urška Majdič (a.k.a. Ursyna), who is still the front-woman and co-composer for the band. Doug Fieger
Douglas Lars Fieger (August 20, 1952 – February 14, 2010) was an American musician, singer and songwriter. He was the rhythm guitarist and lead vocalist of the rock band The Knack. He co-wrote "My Sharona," the biggest hit song of 1979 in the U.S., with lead guitarist Berton Averre. Life and career Fieger was born in 1952 in Oak Park, Michigan, the son of June Beth (née Oberer) and Bernard Julian Fieger. His father was Jewish and his mother was Norwegian. Portorož
Portorož (; it, Portorose) is a Slovenian Adriatic seaside resort and spa town located in the Municipality of Piran in southwestern Slovenia. Its modern development began in the late 19th century with the vogue for the first health resorts. In the early 20th century Portorož became one of the grandest seaside resorts in the Adriatic, along with Abbazia, Lido and Grado, then as part of the Austrian Littoral.
