Bethel Music
Bethel Music is an American Christian music label and publishing group. Beginning as a local music ministry, it became a global outreach collective of songwriters and musicians. History Between 2009 and 2013, Bethel Music developed a record label and publishing company featuring songwriters and worship leaders from Bethel Church (Redding), Bethel Church, a Nondenominational Christianity, non-denominational megachurch in Redding, California. In February 2015, Bethel Music launched the "Bethel Music Artist Collective", an expansion of their group of locally based artists to include Josh Baldwin and Jonathan David & Melissa Helser, Jonathan and Melissa Helser from another ministry which is based in North Carolina. In June of the same year, Bethel added Christian artist Cory Asbury, formerly of the International House of Prayer. Steffany Dawn Gretzinger (née Frizzell; born November 8, 1984) is an American music singer-songwriter and former ensemble vocalist with Bethel Music, based in Franklin, Tennessee. She released her first solo album, ''The Undoing'', with Bethel Music in 2014. The album was a ''Billboard'' magazine breakthrough release, reaching number twenty on the ''Billboard'' 200, and also gained top five status among Top Christian and Independent albums in September 2014. Brian Mark Johnson (born March 17, 1978) is an American contemporary worship musician and worship pastor. He is the president and co-founder of Bethel Music, as well as a member of its Artist Collective and is one-half of the husband-and-wife worship duo, Brian & Jenn Johnson. He is also a senior worship pastor at Bethel Church in Redding, California, and a Senior Overseer of WorshipU, an online school of worship under Bethel Music, which he co-founded with Jenn Johnson. Amanda Lindsey Cook (born Amanda Falk; May 8, 1984), also known as Falcon (since 2020) is a Canadian singer, songwriter, and contemporary Christian music recording artist from Niverville, Manitoba. She received a Juno Award at the 2006 awards ceremony for her eponymous debut album. Leeland (band)
Leeland is a Christian rock band from Baytown, Texas. The band was formed in 2004, although lead singer Leeland Mooring had been writing songs beforehand. Leeland consists of Leeland Mooring (lead vocals, guitar), and Casey Moore (guitar, background vocals). The band's original line-up included Jeremiah Wood (guitar), who left the band in late 2006 and was replaced by guitarist Matt Campbell in early 2007, Jack Mooring (piano), Mike Smith (drums) and Jake Holtz (bass).
