Cliff Stewart Bentz (born January 12, 1952) is an American politician and lawyer serving as the United States House of Representatives, U.S. representative for Oregon's 2nd congressional district since 2021. He previously served in the Oregon Senate, representing the Oregon's 30th Senate district, 30th district, and in the Oregon House of Representatives, representing the Oregon's 60th House district, 60th district. Following the departure of Lori Chavez-DeRemer in 2025, Bentz is the sole member of the Oregon Republican Party, Republican Party in United States congressional delegations from Oregon, Oregon's congressional delegation. In May 2020, Bentz won the 2020 United States House of Representatives elections in Oregon, Republican primary for Oregon's 2nd congressional district and faced Democratic Party (United States), Democrat Alex Spenser and Independent Party of Oregon, independent Patrick Archer in November.
