Ben Small (actor)
Benjamin Small is a British voice actor who is best known for his role as Thomas in the UK dub of the children's television series ''Thomas & Friends'' from 2009 to 2015. Career Small voiced Thomas in the UK version of the CGI series of the children's television series ''Thomas & Friends''. He also voiced Toby (in which he based the character's voice on ''Dad's Army'' actor Clive Dunn) and Ferdinand in the UK version while voicing Rheneas, Flynn, the Troublesome Trucks and Owen in both the UK and US versions of the series. In the US version, he voiced Stanley and Charlie, who are voiced by Small's co-star Matt Wilkinson in the UK. As well as ''Thomas & Friends'', Small and fellow actor Keith Wickham previously collaborated by providing the British voices for '' Watch My Chops'' from 2004 to 2006. Robert Rackstraw (born 31 October 1965) is an English voice actor who has worked in various animated films, television shows and video games. Early life Rackstraw grew up in the Sunderland suburb of New Silksworth, and attended Southmoor Comprehensive. His voice acting career began with a chance meeting with a local radio presenter, when he began writing scripts for radio adverts, and later voicing them. He said in 2013: “I thought it was daft that these guys get paid a lot more FOR reading than I was FOR writing. So I started augmenting my income by writing ridiculous things and accents into my scripts that no one else could do but me. I eventually got a show reel together and I started sending it all over the country." John Hasler (born 21 April 1974) is an English actor who is best known for playing T-Shirt in the children's television series ''T-Bag'' from 1985 to 1992, and for voicing Thomas the Tank Engine, Thomas in the UK dub of the children's television series ''Thomas & Friends'' from 2015 to 2021. Hasler was the only cast member on T-Bag to remain with the show for its entire television run, starting as a young boy and leaving as a teenager. Career Hasler began his career in the mid-1980s.
