''Sirf Ek Bandaa Kaafi Hai'' (), or simply ''Bandaa'' (), is a 2023 Indian Hindi-language legal drama film directed by Apoorv Singh Karki and co-produced by Zee Studios and Bhanushali Studios. The film stars Manoj Bajpayee. The film brings back the team of Manoj Bajpayee and Suparn Verma, who earlier collaborated on ''The Family Man''. The film was released digitally on 23 May 2023 on ZEE5 and also had a limited theatrical release on 2 June 2023, after a largely positive response from critics and audiences. It was featured in the 54th IFFI Indian panorama mainstream section. At the 2023 Filmfare OTT Awards, ''Sirf Ek Bandaa Kaafi Hai'' received 7 nominations and won 5 awards, including Best Web Original Film, Best Director in a Web Original Film (Karki) and Best Actor in a Web Original Film (Bajpayee). 2023 Filmfare OTT Awards
2023 Filmfare OTT Awards, the fourth edition of awards presented to honour artistic and technical excellence in original programming on Over-the-top media service, over-the-top streaming media in Hindi-language. Web original shows or films released across OTT platforms between 1 August 2022 and 31 July 2023 were eligible for Awards. Nominations were announced by ''Filmfare'' on 22 November 2023. Jubilee (TV series), ''Jubilee'' led the ceremony with 17 nominations, followed by Gulmohar (2023 film), ''Gulmohar'' with 14 nominations, ''Rocket Boys (web series), Rocket Boys (Season 2)'' with 13 nominations, and ''Darlings (film), Darlings'' with 11 nominations. Vinod Bhanushali (born 15 January 1973) is an Indian film producer and entrepreneur from Mumbai, Maharashtra, known for films like '' Sirf Ek Bandaa Kaafi Hai'' and '' Janhit Mein Jaari''. 54th International Film Festival Of India
The 54th International Film Festival of India opened on 20 November 2023 with ''Catching Dust'' by Stuart Gatt in Goa. Shekhar Kapur an Indian filmmaker served as chairperson of the international jury.
