Autocesta Rijeka – Zagreb ( en, Rijeka - Zagreb Motorway) was a Croatian state-owned joint-stock company founded pursuant to decision of the government of the Republic of Croatia of December 11, 1997, to facilitate construction and subsequent management of a motorway between Rijeka and Zagreb. The company started operating on March 15, 1998. The company issued 21,520 shares, nominally valued at 100,000.00 Croatian kuna each. All company stocks are owned by the Republic of Croatia. The company was granted the motorway management concession for a period of 28 years, which has subsequently been expanded to include not only the A6 motorway and some sections of the A1 motorway, but also the A7 motorway and the Krk Bridge on the D102 state road. The expansion of the concession also included extension of the concession period to 32 years and 11 months. D102 is a state road connecting the mainland to island of Krk and terminating at the southern tip of the island in Baška. The road is 48.3 km long. D102 is the main road route on the island of Krk. The northern terminus of the road is located near Kraljevica, at an intersection with D8 state route - the Adriatic Highway. The road includes Krk bridge. In the northern part of the island, between Omišalj and Malinska it runs parallel to the shore at a distance of approximately 2 km. Zagreb Bypass
Zagreb bypass ( hr, Zagrebačka obilaznica) is a U-shaped motorway partially encircling Zagreb, Croatia. The largest part by far, between Jankomir and Ivanja Reka interchanges, was built between 1977 and 1979, while the Ivanja Reka – Sveta Helena section was built between 1996 and 1999. The bypass is long, tracing around the city from the northwestern suburb of Zaprešić to Sveta Helena in the northeast. The bypass crosses the Sava River twice and comprises a bridge across the Sava-Odra floodwater overflow canal. Bosiljevo 2 Interchange
The Bosiljevo 2 interchange ( hr, Čvor Bosiljevo 2) is a trumpet interchange southwest of Karlovac, Croatia, near the eponymous village. Krk Bridge
Krk Bridge ( hr, Krčki most) is a long reinforced concrete arch bridge connecting the Croatian island of Krk to the mainland. Carrying over a million vehicles per year, it was the last tolled bridge in Croatia that is not part of a motorway until the removal of tolls. The longer of the bridge's two arches is the third-longest concrete arch in the world and the longest outside of China, and among the longest arches of any construction.
