Angela Pleasence
Daphne Anne Angela Pleasence (born 30 September 1941) is an English actress. Trained in theatre, Pleasence's first major film role came in '' Hitler: The Last Ten Days'' (1973), followed by roles in horror films such as ''From Beyond the Grave'' and ''Symptoms'' (1974). She worked extensively in television productions and British miniseries throughout the 1980s and 1990s. She had minor roles in the films ''The Search for John Gissing'' (2001), ''Gangs of New York'' (2002), and ''The Gigolos'' (2005). Biography Pleasence was born in Chapeltown, Sheffield, West Riding of Yorkshire, to Miriam Raymond and actor Donald Pleasence. She studied at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, and made her stage debut in 1964 as Titania in a production of ''A Midsummer Night's Dream'' at the Birmingham Repertory Theatre. Chapeltown, South Yorkshire
Chapeltown is a large village and suburb of Sheffield in South Yorkshire, England. It is part of the Parish of Ecclesfield. It is historically within the West Riding of Yorkshire. Geography Chapeltown is located approximately north of Sheffield city centre on the railway between Sheffield and Barnsley. Chapeltown railway station is served by the Penistone Line and Hallam Line. Two junctions of the M1 motorway also serve the area. The A6135 road passes through the town from north to south and is joined near the town centre by the A629 road from the south-east and the B6546 road from the west. ''The Barchester Chronicles'' is a 1982 British television serial produced by Jonathan Powell for the BBC. It is an adaptation by Alan Plater of Anthony Trollope's first two Chronicles of Barsetshire, ''The Warden'' (1855) and ''Barchester Towers'' (1857). The series was directed by David Giles. Elizabeth I (7 September 153324 March 1603) was Queen of England and Ireland from 17 November 1558 until her death in 1603.
