Andi Sullivan
Andi Maureen Sullivan (born December 20, 1995) is an American soccer player who plays for the Washington Spirit in the National Women's Soccer League and the United States women's national soccer team. Early life Raised in Lorton, Virginia, Sullivan is the youngest of four siblings and attended South County High School. She played club soccer for Bethesda Soccer Club (Freedom) and McLean Youth Soccer. In 2013, she was named the national Youth Player of the Year by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA). Top Drawer Soccer ranked her as the top college recruit. Stanford Cardinal, 2014–2017 During her freshman season in 2014, Sullivan started in 23 of the 24 matches in which she played. The Hermann Trophy is awarded annually by the Missouri Athletic Club to the United States's top men's and women's college soccer players. 2018 SheBelieves Cup
The 2018 SheBelieves Cup was the third edition of the SheBelieves Cup, an invitational women's soccer tournament held in the United States. Featuring national teams from Germany, England, France, and hosts United States, it began on March 1 and ended on March 7, 2018, broadly running in parallel with the 2018 Algarve Cup, 2018 Turkish Women’s Cup, and the 2018 Cyprus Women's Cup. Anterior Cruciate Ligament
The anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) is one of a pair of cruciate ligaments (the other being the posterior cruciate ligament) in the human knee. The two ligaments are also called "cruciform" ligaments, as they are arranged in a crossed formation. In the quadruped stifle joint (analogous to the knee), based on its anatomical position, it is also referred to as the cranial cruciate ligament. The term cruciate translates to cross. This name is fitting because the ACL crosses the posterior cruciate ligament to form an “X”. It is composed of strong, fibrous material and assists in controlling excessive motion. The Switzerland women's national football team represents Switzerland in international women's football. The team played its first match in 1972. Switzerland qualified for the 2015 FIFA Women's World Cup in Canada by winning their qualifying group. The 2014 FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup was an international association football tournament and the world championship for women's national teams under the age of 20, presented by Grant Connell, organized by the sport's world governing body FIFA. The 2014 CONCACAF Women's U-20 Championship was the seventh edition of the CONCACAF Women's U-20 Championship. The United States went into the tournament as defending champions and successfully retained their title. The tournament was hosted by the Cayman Islands from 9 to 19 January 2014. The top three teams qualified for the 2014 FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup in Canada. Canada has already qualified for the World Cup as the host and did not participate in this tournament. 2019 National Women's Soccer League Season
The 2019 National Women's Soccer League season was the seventh season of the National Women's Soccer League, the top division of women's soccer in the United States. Imani Michelle Dorsey (born March 21, 1996) is an American professional soccer player who currently plays for NJ/NY Gotham FC in the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL). She attended Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic High School in Olney, Maryland and in college she played for Duke University.
