Alyaksandr Khatskevich
Alyaksandr Khatskevich ( be, Аляксандр Хацкевіч, born 19 October 1973) is a Belarusian football manager and former player. Playing career Khatskevich is a former player of the Ukrainian club Dynamo Kyiv. He made 39 appearances and scored four goals for the Belarus national team from 1993 to 2005. Managerial career After Khatskevich retired from playing, Khatskevich became a football coach. At age 33, his former club, FC Dinamo Minsk, appointed him to replace Pyotr Kachura after the first match of the 2007 Belarusian Premier League season. From December 2014 until December 2016 he was the head coach of Belarus national team. On 20 December 2019, he signed with Russian Football National League club FC Rotor Volgograd. The club only played two games after the resumption of the 2019–20 season after the winter break and then the season was abandoned due to the COVID-19 pandemic in Russia. The European section of the 2002 FIFA World Cup qualification acted as qualifiers for the 2002 FIFA World Cup, which is being held in South Korea and Japan, for national teams which are members of the UEFA. Apart from France, who qualified automatically as defending champions, a total of 13.5 slots in the final tournament were available for UEFA teams. Dinamo National Olympic Stadium ( be, Нацыянальны Алімпійскі стадыён Дынама,''Nacyjanalny Alimpijski stadyjon Dynama'', ) is a multi-purpose stadium in Minsk, Belarus. It was reopened after a renovation project. Earlier it was used mostly for football matches and was the home ground of Dinamo Minsk, FC Minsk and the Belarus national football team. The 2007 Belarusian Premier League was the 17th season of top-tier football in Belarus. It started on April 14 and ended on November 10, 2007. BATE Borisov were the defending champions. Team changes from 2006 season Lokomotiv Minsk and Belshina Bobruisk were the two teams relegated after the 2006 season, having finished in 13th and 14th place respectively.
