Alive Festival
Alive Festival, located in Mineral City, Ohio, is an annual Christian music festival. It features many Christian musicians and popular Christian bands, as well as several Christian speakers and worship leaders. The festival began in 1988 and celebrated its 20th anniversary June 20–23, 2007. Alive is usually held in mid-summer over four days. Attendants can stay overnight at Atwood Lake Park in Mineral City, Ohio. Atwood lake Park features camping, swimming, a lake, boating, electric hook-ups, hiking trails, volleyball, basketball, Alive Festival is a member of the Christian Festival Association, created in 2006. According to Bill and Kathy Graening, heads of the Alive Festival Staff, the festival's mission includes: "the opportunity to experience great music and teaching", as well as "the opportunity to be challenged to seek a deeper walk with Christ." Audio Adrenaline
Audio Adrenaline was an American Christian rock band that formed in 1986 at Kentucky Christian University in Grayson, Kentucky. The band gained recognition during the 1990s and received two Grammy Awards and multiple Dove Awards. Audio Adrenaline were regular performers at the annual Creation Festival, Spirit West Coast festival, Agape Music Festival, and Alive Festival. In 2007, the group disbanded due to lead singer Mark Stuart's spasmodic dysphonia. During this time, they released eight studio albums. After a hiatus, the band reformed in 2012 with only bassist Will McGinniss returning from the original line-up. The new Audio Adrenaline was fronted by Kevin Max, formerly of DC Talk, as the new lead vocalist. This new line-up released '' Kings & Queens'' on March 12, 2013. In June 2014, Max stepped down as lead singer of the band. Across The Sky
Across the Sky was a Dove Award-nominated Christian band formed in Nashville, Tennessee, during 2001 by singer-songwriters Ben Kolarcik and Justin Unger, with a music style combining light rock, pop, and folk. Their self-titled debut was released in 2003, spawning a top ten song and three wide release singles. The group toured and recorded for two years under the Word Records Label before disbanding in 2005 and deciding to follow separate career paths. Early life Ben Kolarcik's earliest performances were in his home church of Southeast Christian Church, in Louisville. These experiences led him to decide to be a full time independent artist. Beanbag was an Australian Christian Alternative Metal band which formed in 1995 in Brisbane and broke up in late 2002. The group consisted of Phillip "Hirvy" Hirvela on bass guitar, Michael Mullins on lead guitar, Hans "Hunz" Van Vliet on lead vocals, and Phil Usher on drums. In 1999 the group relocated to Nashville, Tennessee. Steven Lewis-Driver assumed the bass position when Hirvy left the band in early 2002. Austrian Death Machine is an American thrash metal side project from San Diego, California, founded by As I Lay Dying vocalist Tim Lambesis to be a parody of and tribute to Arnold Schwarzenegger's films. Biography Austrian Death Machine released their first album '' Total Brutal'' on July 22, 2008. The album was dedicated to Caleb Crain on May 14, 2008, for his birthday that was two months before the scheduled release date. A few months later they released a Christmas-themed EP, ''A Very Brutal Christmas''. After some tour support of ''Total Brutal'', Lambesis went back on tour with As I Lay Dying. Anthem Lights is an American Christian group originating from Los Angeles. The group has released one EP under their former name, Yellow Cavalier and six albums under their current name. The group's debut album was released May 10, 2011 by Reunion Records. Beginnings Anthem Lights began as a solo project for vocalist Chad Graham in the fall of 2007. Both he and Alan Powell were living in Los Angeles, writing music for Graham's solo project. As the final vocal work was being installed, Powell and Graham came to a realization that the songs being written would be more appropriate performed as a group. Andrew Aaron Mineo (born April 17, 1988), is an American Christian hip hop artist, producer, music executive, and video director based in New York City.
