Alfiya Avzalova
Avzalova Alfiya Avzalovna ( tt-Cyrl, Әлфия Афзал кызы Авзалова; 15 January 1933 — 15 June 2017) was a Soviet and Russian Tatar singer. She was an Honored Artist of the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, People's Artist of the Tatar ASSR, Honored Artist of the RSFSR, soloist of the Tatar Philharmonic Society, and laureate of the State Prize of the Republic of Tatarstan. Life Alfia Avzalova was born in the village of Aktanysh, in the Aktanyshsky District of the Republic of Tatarstan. She became an orphan: when her mother died, and father died in the Great Patriotic War. Alfia was brought up by her mother's sister. In 1957, she became a soloist of the Tatar State Song and Dance Ensemble, and performed works of Soltan Ğäbäşi, A. Klyucharev, Mansur Muzafarov, Z. Khabibullin and many other composers. Ğabdulla Tuqay
Ğabdulla Tuqay (tatar. ''عبد الله توقای,'' – ) was a Tatar poet, critic, publisher, and towering figure of Tatar literature. Tuqay is often referred to as the founder of the modern Tatar literature and the modern Tatar literary language, which replaced Old Tatar language in literature. Early life Ğabdulla Tuqay was born in the family of the hereditary village mullah of Quşlawıç, Kazan Governorate, Russian Empire (current Tatarstan, Russia) near the modern town of Arsk. His father, Möxämmätğärif Möxämmätğälim ulı Tuqayıv, had been a village ''mandative mullah'' since 1864. In 1885 his wife died, leaving him a son and a daughter, and Möxämmätğärif married second wife, Mämdüdä, daughter of Öçile village mullah Zinnätulla Zäynepbäşir ulı. On 29 August O.S. Aktanyshsky District
Aktanyshsky District (russian: Актанышский район; tt-Cyrl, Актаныш районы, ''Aktanış rayonı'') is an territorial administrative unit and municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan within the Russian Federation. The district is located in the north-east of the republic. The administrative centre of the district is the village of Aktanysh. The district was officially formed in 1930. The district was abolished in 1963 as a result of the consolidation of the administrative units of the TASSR, and its territories were transferred to the Menzelinsky District. However, by January 12, 1965, the district had been reconstituted. At the beginning of 2020, there were 29,384 people living in the district. The population of the district is composed mainly of rural residents. The district economy is mainly based on the agricultural sector. Mozaffarov Mansur Äxmät ulı (pronounced ), Mansur Mozaffarov; Tatar Cyrillic: Мозаффаров Мансур Әхмәт улы; russian: Музафа́ров Мансу́р Ахме́тович, Muzafarov Mansur Akhmetovich; 1902 – 1966) was a Tatar composer and pedagogue. TASSR Honoured Worker of Culture (1950), People's Artist of TASSR (1964). Mansur was a son of Tatar emancipatress Mahruy Mozaffariä.
