Adrian Griffith (athlete)
Adrian Griffith (born 11 November 1984) is a Bahamian sprinter who specializes in the 100 metres. He competed at the 2009 World Championships without reaching the final. In the 4×100 metres relay he won silver medals at the 2006 Central American and Caribbean Games and the 2008 Central American and Caribbean Championships. His personal best time is 10.14 seconds, achieved in Clermont Florida April 2014. This makes him the second fastest Bahamian of all time behind Derrick Atkins, and fastest Bahamian-born sprinter, at the time. That mark has since been broken by Shavez Hart He teamed up with Jamial Rolle, Shavez Hart and Trevorvano Mackey to break the Bahamian 4x100 national record in Morelia, Mexico. New Providence
New Providence is the most populous island in the Bahamas, containing more than 70% of the total population. Montverde is a town in Lake County, Florida, United States. The population was 1,655 at the 2020 census and an estimated 1,675 in 2018. It is part of the Orlando–Kissimmee–Sanford Metropolitan Statistical Area. History Montverde was the location of a Native American settlement and burial ground. Morelia, Mexico
Morelia (; from 1545 to 1828 known as Valladolid) is a city and municipal seat of the municipality of Morelia in the north-central part of the state of Michoacán in central Mexico. The city is in the Guayangareo Valley and is the capital and largest city of the state. Jamial Rolle
Jamial St. John Rolle (born 16 April 1980) is a Bahamian sprinter who specializes in the 200 metres. Individually, he competed at the 2006 Commonwealth Games, but failed to progress past the quarterfinals. With the Bahamian 4 x 100 metres relay team he finished fourth at the 2003 Central American and Caribbean Championships and won a bronze medal at the 2005 Central American and Caribbean Championships. His personal best times are 20.51 seconds in the 200 metres, and 10.26 seconds in the 100 metres. Rolle ran for Missouri State University, winning the 2001 Missouri Valley Conference 200 meters indoor championship. He teamed up with Adrian Griffith, Shavez Hart and Trevorvano Mackey to break the Bahamian 4×100 national record in Morelia, Mexico. Shavez Hart
Shavez Hart (6 September 1992 – 3 September 2022) was a Bahamian track and field sprinter from Coopers Town Abaco Islands, who mainly competed in the 100 metres and 200 metres. His 100 metres personal best of 10.10 seconds makes him the third fastest Bahamian of all time behind Derrick Atkins, and second fastest Bahamian-born sprinter. His 200 metres personal best of 20.23 makes him the fourth fastest Bahamian of all time. He was a graduate of St. Georges High School in Freeport, Bahamas. He was the bronze medallist in the 100 m individual and relay events at the 2011 CARIFTA Games.
