Adam Mosseri
Adam Mosseri (born January 23, 1983) is an American-Israeli businessman and the head of Instagram. He formerly served as an executive at Facebook. Early life and education Mosseri was born in New York City and raised in Chappaqua, New York. He is Jewish. He is the older brother of composer Emile Mosseri. He attended New York University's Gallatin School of Individualized Study to study media and information design. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in information design in 2005. Career In 2003, while studying at NYU, Mosseri started his own design consultancy called Blank Mosseri, which focused on graphic, interaction, and exhibition design. Shanti Project
The Shanti Project is a non-profit human services agency based in San Francisco and founded in 1974 by Dr. Charles Garfield in Berkeley, CA. Its goals are to provide peer support and guidance to people affected by HIV/AIDS, cancer, and other life-threatening conditions. Since its inception, several organizations adhering to the Shanti model have been created in the United States, including projects in Los Angeles, California, Seattle, Washington and Laguna Beach, California.
