Forest Able
Forest Edward Able (born July 27, 1932) is an American former professional basketball player. He is nicknamed "Frosty". A 6'3" (1.90 m) guard, Able attended Fairdale High School in Louisville, Kentucky. He enrolled at the University of Louisville and played a season on their freshman team during the 1951–52 season. Able was the subject of controversy when he announced his intention to enrol at Western Kentucky State College (now Western Kentucky University) to be closer to his girlfriend who also attended the college. Able starred with the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers, where he tallied 1,221 career points. As a senior, Able was named the Hilltoppers’ most valuable player and named to the Newspaper Enterprise Association 26-man All-America squad. After his college career, Able had a brief stint with the Syracuse Nationals who selected him in the 1956 NBA draft. George Graham Able
Graham George Able (born 28 July 1947) is an English educationalist who was the Master at Dulwich College from 1997 until his retirement in 2009. Early life He was educated at Worksop College and went on to study Natural Sciences at Trinity College, Cambridge, where he received his MA in 1968. In 1969 he completed his PGCE and married Mary Susan Munro with whom he has a son, and a daughter.Who’s Who 2004, page 3, (A&C Black: London) Career After completing his PGCE in 1969 Graham Able went on to teach at Sutton Valence School. Whitney Nees Able (born June 2, 1982) is an American actress and model. She is best known for her roles in ''All the Boys Love Mandy Lane'' (2006) and ''Monsters'' (2010), and has been featured in ''Maxim'' magazine. Early life Whitney Able was born in Houston, Texas. She has two brothers. She has lived in Spain and Mexico and is fond of the Spanish language. She also attended St. Andrew's Sewanee School in Franklin County, TN. Career Able's acting career started with a role in the low-budget film ''Age of Kali'' in 2005. She then portrayed Eve in the film ''Dead Lenny'', which was released direct-to-DVD in 2006.
