Aberdeen Channel () is a channel between the east side of Ap Lei Chau (Aberdeen Island) and Nam Long Shan (Brick Hill) on Hong Kong Island in Hong Kong. Ap Lei Chau
Ap Lei Chau or Aberdeen Island is an island of Hong Kong, located off Hong Kong Island next to Aberdeen Harbour and Aberdeen Channel. It has an area of after land reclamation. Administratively it is part of the Southern District. Ap Lei Chau is the fourth most densely populated island in the world, it is also the most densely populated island in the world with a population of over 10,000. In the 2000s on their website the Guinness World Records called it the world's most densely populated island. History Before the First Opium War, Ap Lei Chau was a small fishing village, with its harbour forming an excellent natural typhoon shelter. The island appears on a Ming-era map with its primary settlement labelled "Fragrant Harbour Village". Nam Long Shan ( Chinese: 南朗山) or Brick Hill is a hill on the Hong Kong Island of Hong Kong, near Wong Chuk Hang and Aberdeen. Hong Kong Island is an island in the southern part of Hong Kong. Known colloquially and on road signs simply as Hong Kong, the island has a population of 1,289,500 and its population density is 16,390/km2, . Tai Shue Wan () is a bay to the south of Nam Long Shan, Wong Chuk Hang, Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong. It comprises the Waterfront section of Ocean Park. The Ocean Park Corporation will develop the Tai Shue Wan area into a new integrated theme zone with the main focus on an all-weather indoor cum outdoor waterpark. The Aberdeen Typhoon Shelters of Hong Kong are Aberdeen West Typhoon Shelter () and Aberdeen South Typhoon Shelter (). Both typhoon shelters are located in Southern District, between the southern part of Hong Kong Island and the island Ap Lei Chau. Shek Pai Wan
Shek Pai Wan or Aberdeen Bay is a bay between Aberdeen on Hong Kong Island and Ap Lei Chau Ap Lei Chau or Aberdeen Island is an island of Hong Kong, located off Hong Kong Island next to Aberdeen Harbour and Aberdeen Channel.
